Separable for the dust collecting receptacle and the dust from the vacuum cleaner, a vacuum cleaner is disclosed provided with such a receptacle. Dust receptacle is arranged so as to achieve effective sealing of the inlet port to the inlet port which can be connected to the hose joint of the vacuum cleaner, and a suction port with a vacuum source can be connected, the hose joint to receive the dust accompanying the air with a first sealing element, the first lip seal comprises one or more of the second sealing element, the sealing element arranged so as to achieve effective sealing of the suction port for the vacuum source. Dust receptacle has no correlation to the number of the sealing connection portion used for sealing against the cleaner body to the receptacle without regard to the direction of separation / adhesion of the seal while maintaining the sealing effect without damage to the sealing element for the vacuum cleaner main body can be separated / attached.
