Provided is an active energy ray curable composition comprising: urethane(meth)acrylate (A) having four or more (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule that is obtained by making aliphatic polyisocyanate (a1) react with (meth)acrylate (a2) having a hydroxyl group; multifunctional (meth)acrylate (B) having three or more (meth)acryloyl groups in one molecule; and a fluorine compound (C) having a cyclopolysiloxane structure connected to both ends of a poly(perfluoroalkylene ether) chain by a bivalent linking group, and having a (meth)acryloyl group connected to the cyclopolysiloxane structure by a bivalent linking group. The cured film of the active energy curable composition has an excellent antifouling property and excellent scratch resistance and an excellent sliding property.
