摘要:
The present invention relates to high trans 1,4-polybutadiene. In order to produce the 1,4-polybutadiene that has a high transformation rate, 1,3-butadiene or a butadiene derivative is polymerized by a catalyst system, in a type of a nonpolar solvent and a novel bimetallic cobalt-aluminum adduct, to prevent gelation and to adjust molecular weight. According to the present invention, the novel catalyst in a type of a cobalt-aluminum adduct is polymerized to increase stability of oxidation and structure and a novel activation system is developed using various alkyl allyloxy aluminum to regulate reactivity of the catalyst.

本发明涉及高反式1,4-聚丁二烯。 为了生产具有高转化率的1,4-聚丁二烯,1,3-丁二烯或丁二烯衍生物通过催化剂体系以非极性溶剂和新型双金属钴 - 铝加合物的类型聚合至 防止凝胶化和调节分子量。 根据本发明,一种钴 - 铝加合物的新型催化剂被聚合以提高氧化和结构的稳定性,并且使用各种烷基烯丙氧基铝来调节催化剂的反应性来开发新的活化体系。
