The present invention includes: an image information collection device for displaying first broadcasting content information stored in a broadcasting content database and an interface displaying a first input for the transmission of the first broadcasting content information to an image information collection device on a web page; a central image information device for transmitting the first broadcasting content information including links relating to the first input to the image information collection device when a user terminal receives the first input through the interface; and the image information collection device for storing the first input in a user broadcasting content database of the user terminal by receiving the first broadcasting content information. According to the present invention, a user can manage broadcasting content information in a customized database, and the broadcasting content information sharing device and method capable of transmitting the broadcasting content information to a desirable broadcasting content related device can be provided. Also, if a user has a plurality of content playing devices or content recording devices, the user does not need to play broadcasting content in each content playing device or content recording device separately nor manage recording schedule separately, but the user can conveniently manage and set the broadcasting content through the image information collection device.
