본 발명은 손으로 높이 조절이 가능한 배출구를 구비한 음료 제조 장치로서, 배출 장치가 공급 단부와 함께 힌지 점에서 하우징에 힌지 가능하게 부착된 조정 암을 포함하고, 방출 단부에서 조정 암이 방출 개구를 갖는 방출 헤드를 구비하고, 상기 방출 헤드는, 상기 조정 암을 선회할 때에 상기 방출 개구가 실질적으로 일정한 배향을 유지하는 방식으로 선회 축에 배치되고 방출 단부에 배치된 힌지 수단을 경유한 상기 조정 암으로부터 서스팬션에 의해 상기 조정 암에 수직으로 배치된 선회 축의 주위에서 선회 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
