내침식성 피막으로 덮인 유로 캐비티를 구비하는 복합체 재료로 제조된 임펠러는 유로 캐비티의 네가티브 기하 구조에 대응하는 형상을 갖는 제거가능한 몰드들을 도금 또는 용사를 이용하여 내침식성 피막으로 피복함으로써 제조된다. 내침식성 피막으로 덮인 몰드 둘레로 복합체 재료를 성형 및 경화시킨 후, 몰드는 제거되지만, 내침식성 피막은 복합체 재료 위에 남겨진다.
摘要（英）：
In the corrosion film covered the impeller made of a composite material having a passage cavity is produced by coating with abrasion resistance the coating film removable mold having a shape corresponding to the negative geometry of the flow path cavity with the plating or thermal spraying. After the abrasion resistance film forming and curing the composite material in a mold covered with peripheral, the mold is removed, but the abrasion resistance film is left on the composite material.
