A turbo machine used as a compressor includes: a tube-shaped housing which has an axis in the center; a rotor substantially centered on the axis; and bearings which supports the rotor in the housing for the rotation around the axis. The rotor includes: a shaft of a small diameter which is formed to have at least a mount collar, is supported by the bearings, extends along the axis, and centers on the axis; and multiple circular discs formed to have banes which are assembled together in the direction of the axis and extend to the outside in a radial direction. One or more discs are assembled and fixed on the mount collar.
