The present invention relates to a ventilating surface protective film which protects the outside of a vehicle body by improving adhesion to a vehicle body and prevents the degradation of product quality. For this, provided is a ventilating surface protective film with improved self-adhesion, wherein a plurality of ribbon protrusions are formed to generate static electricity on one surface of a protective film contacting the coating of a vehicle body, thereby enabling the protective film to be attached to coating of a vehicle body by electrostatic force generated between the coating and the film.
