An alkyl acrylate-vinyl aromatic compound-vinyl cyanide compound copolymer wherein the alkyl acrylate-vinyl aromatic compound-vinyl cyanide compound copolymer is produced with the use of a polyalkylene-based crosslinking agent of polyethylene glycol diacrylate or polyethylene glycol dimethacrylate in a core portion of the alkyl acrylate-vinyl aromatic compound-vinyl cyanide compound copolymer, and same is made use of in a polycarbonate resin composition so as to exhibit an effect whereby the low temperature impact strength of the resin is improved, and the present invention also relates to a polycarbonate resin composition comprising the copolymer, etc.
