The present invention relates to a structure of a tank floor in an oil tanker enabling smooth welding of the bottom of partition walls which separate the inside space of a tank of an oil tanker so as to facilitate the welding work of the partition walls. The structure of a tank floor in an oil tanker includes: a tank having an inside space; partition walls which separate the inside space; and brackets which are consecutively installed on one side of the partition walls, in order to support the partition walls. The brackets are prepared with open grooves, on the edge portion, in which one side in contact with the partition walls and one side in contact with the tank floor meet.
