The present invention relates to a carbon nanoplate manufactured by using a silk protein and a method for manufacturing the same, and more specifically, to the carbon nanoplate carbonizing a film manufactured by stirring an alkaline-based activating agent and a recycled silk fibroin aqueous solution dissolving a recycled silk fibroin by removing a sericin from a silk protein, to be used as a super capacitor electrode improving a low energy density of the super capacitor; and the method for manufacturing the carbon nanoplate manufactured by using a silk protein. According to the present invention, the carbon nanoplate has a large surface area of H-CMNs due to an activation of the alkaline-based activating agent during a carbonizing process of the film made by stirring the recycled silk fibroin and the alkaline-based activating agent; and has a structural advantage of a micropore which is easily attached to an electrolyte, and a pore-size distribution which is advantageous in forming a double-layer. In addition, the excellent electrical characteristics, a pseudocapacitive reaction by a plurality of heteroatoms combined with a carbon material, and a characteristic capacitance improvement by an improved polarity of the carbon nanoplate maintain high power density and cycle-stability of the super capacitor, and have a useful effect of improving the energy density at the same time.

本发明涉及通过使用丝蛋白制造的碳纳米板及其制造方法,更具体地说,涉及将通过搅拌碱性活化剂和回收的丝素蛋白水溶液溶解而制成的膜碳化碳纳米板 通过从丝蛋白中除去丝胶蛋白来回收丝心蛋白,用作超级电容器电极,改善超级电容器的低能量密度; 以及使用丝蛋白制造碳纳米板的方法。 根据本发明,由于在通过搅拌回收的丝素蛋白和碱性活化剂制成的膜的碳化过程中由于碱性活化剂的活化而使碳纳米板具有大的H-CMN表面积 ; 并且具有易于连接到电解质的微孔的结构优点和有利于形成双层的孔径分布。 另外,优异的电特性,通过与碳材料组合的多个杂原子的假电容反应以及通过改进的碳纳米板的极性提高的特征电容保持了超级电容器的高功率密度和循环稳定性,并且具有 同时提高能量密度的有用效果。
