摘要：
A positive-electrode active material for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery includes a core unit and a shell unit. The core unit includes inorganic oxide in a polyanion structure. The shell unit coats the core unit. The shell unit includes carbon, and an inorganic promoter promoting the formation of the shell unit by the carbon. 0.2 mass% or more of the inorganic promoter is contained in the shell unit based on 100 mass% of inorganic oxide.
