Sheet assembly includes a sitting position with the seat cushion lying over the fold flat position between the pivotally for movement pivotally coupled to the seat cushion of the seat cushion and the seat back of the upright. The support bracket is coupled to the seat cushion for mounting the seat assembly to the vehicle's floor. It extends between the pair of front legs and a second end to a pivotally coupling opposite to the first end support bracket and coupled pivotally to the seat cushion. Linkage mechanism for rotation of the seat assembly between a storage position into the interior under the sitting position spaced above the car floor and is operably coupled between the front leg and the rear leg.
