The present invention relates to at least a filter cake containing the four characteristics of a fiber blend consisting of 0.08 to 3.3 Dtex any size of the circle, the flat-shaped, dogbone, oval or kidney bean shaped, polypropylene fibers and acrylic fibers. In a preferred embodiment, the blend comprises polypropylene fibers and acrylic fibers of about 50% by weight to approximately 50% by weight. The fibers may be blended with poly ratio of propylene to acrylic of 90: 10 to 10: 90 range. The shape contains at least one shape selected from at least one of circular, flat-shaped, oval, dogbone and the kidney bean shape of the 25% by weight. The size of fibers containing at least one size of 0.08 to 3.3 Detx of 25% by weight. Electret contained in this particular blend fibers will possess an electric charge controlling agent of 0.02 to 33% by weight. In a preferred embodiment, the selected charge control agent will be from 0.02 to 50% by weight. These fibers may be used to create the electret material by corona or triboelectric methods.
