摘要：

본 발명은 레이저 기기 기술 분야에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 단일 챔버 이중 전극 형태의 방전 챔버 및 이 방전 챔버를 사용하는 엑시머 레이저 기기에 관한 것으로, 상기 단일 챔버 이중 전극 형태의 방전 챔버는 챔버체와 2 세트의 메인 방전 전극을 포함하고, 상기 챔버체는 좌,우 두개의 공간을 포함하여 대칭되는 이중 공간 구조 챔버 형상을 형성한다. 매개 공간의 단면 형상은 모두 위부분이 작고 아래 부분이 큰 “배” 형상을 이루며, 상기 좌,우 두개의 공간은 전체 방전 챔버의 대칭면 부분에서 인접하여 연통된다. 상기 2 세트의 메인 방전 전극은 각각 좌,우 두개의 공간의 상측에 위치한다. 본 발명은 하나의 단일 챔버 구조를 이용하여 MOPA, MOPO, MOPRA 구조의 이중 챔버 기능을 실현하였으며 시스템의 복잡성을 감소시킬 뿐만 아니라 방전 챔버의 방전 동기화도 확보한다.

摘要（英）：

The present invention relates to a laser device the art, specifically, relates to an excimer laser device using a discharge chamber and a discharge chamber of a single chamber, dual electrode type, the discharge chamber of the single chamber, dual electrode form a chamber body and a second a main discharge electrodes of the set and the chamber body forms a chamber-like structure which is symmetrical double space, including the left and right two spaces. Cross-sectional shape of the intermediate space above all form a part of the large "pear" shaped bottom of the small, the left and right two spaces are in communication adjacent the mirror plane in the part of the total discharge chamber. Main discharge electrodes of the second set are each positioned on the upper side of the left and right two spaces. The present invention was achieved to secure not only the function of the dual-chamber MOPA, MOPO, MOPRA structure using one single chamber structure reduces the complexity of the system also synchronized discharge of the discharge chamber.
