A gold banking service system and a method thereof which are connected through at least one member terminal, at least one member store system and a network are provided. A server guides the member terminal to point gold conversion, the server proceeds member subscription and generates a gold banking account of the corresponding member when receiving gold banking subscription agreement information and member information from the member terminal. The server converts a point of the member to gold according to a gold conversion rate to which an international gold rate is reflected, and reserves to a gold banking account of the member when a point received from the member store system is greater than a reference point. By doing this, the asset of a client can be increased by purchasing gold by subscribing gold banking with a point of the client, and an asset management company can pursue its profit with fee income.
