내측 라이너에 이용되는 리본형의 스트립 및 그 제조 방법에 관해서, 타이어의 성형 드럼 또는 코어체의 외주면을 따라서 권취하여 내측 라이너를 형성하기 위한 스트립으로서, 이 스트립은, 타이어 내측에 배치되는 내면층과 타이어 외측에 배치되는 외면층을, 이들의 폭 방향의 단부가 폭 방향으로 0.5 ㎜∼30 ㎜ 어긋나게 하여 접합되어 있고, 상기 내면층 중 적어도 하나의 층은, 스티렌-이소부틸렌-스티렌 블록 공중합체를 포함하는 엘라스토머 조성물로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 외면층 중 적어도 하나의 층은 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물로 구성되어 있다.

As for the strip and a method of manufacturing a ribbon for use in an inner liner, taking therefore recommend forming the outer peripheral surface of a drum or a core body of the tire as a strip for forming the inner liner, the strip, the inner surface layer disposed on the inner tire as the outer surface layer disposed on the outer tires, and the end portion thereof in the width direction are shifted by 0.5 ㎜~30 ㎜ by joining the transverse direction, at least one layer of the inner layer is a styrene-isobutylene-styrene block copolymer It is composed of an elastomeric composition comprising at which at least one layer of the outer surface layer is composed of a thermoplastic elastomer composition.
