The present invention relates to a piezoelectric device. An embodiment of the piezoelectric device includes a piezoelectric ceramic part, a first electrode placed on the piezoelectric ceramic part and delivering a voltage applied from the outside to the piezoelectric ceramic part, a second electrode separated from the first electrode on the piezoelectric ceramic part and applying the voltage from the outside to the piezoelectric ceramic part, and a protective film placed on the first or second electrode and formed of a high molecule material. According to this, the protective film on the first electrode is formed of the high molecule material having excellent durability and chemical resistance so that corrosion is not easily made even when the protective film touches a foreign substances making corrosion in the first or second electrode. Therefore, a lifespan of the piezoelectric device can be extended and the operation efficiency of the piezoelectric device can be improved.
