본 발명은 촉매의 존재 하에 모노실란과 디클로로실란의 반응으로부터 모노클로로실란을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 따르면, 모노클로로실란은 모노실란과 디클로로실란의 역불균등화에 의해 형성된다. 추가로 본 발명은 제조된 모노클로로실란의 용도 및 상기 방법을 시행하기 위한 플랜트에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a process for preparing a mono-chlorosilanes from the reaction of mono-silane and dichlorosilane in the presence of a catalyst. According to the method of the present invention, the mono-chloro-silanes are formed by the reverse disproportionation of mono-silane and dichlorosilane. The invention further relates to a plant for implementing the application and the method of manufacturing the mono-chlorosilane.
