Pipe element has a circumferential shoulder at one end. The shoulder has a larger outer diameter than the outer diameter of the pipe element. A groove is positioned adjacent to the shoulder. The groove has a bottom surface having an outer diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the pipe element. The bead is located adjacent to the groove. Bead has a peak having a larger outer diameter than the outer diameter of the pipe element. The combination of the roller tool is used to cold pipe element in a manufacturing method process and give the desired shape to the side wall. In another method, the spin-forming tool is rotated in the orbit diameter to increase in the pipe elements held in the die.
