The present invention comprises: a cylinder through which air containing odor-generating molecules and germs pass; an anion generating unit which removes the odor-generating molecules and germs by generating anions in the inside of the cylinder; and a molecular sieve which adsorbs the odor-generating molecules. The molecular sieve provides an apparatus for removing odor and germs, in which a catalyst is deposited on a supporting body, and the other side of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a molecular sieve adsorbing odor-generating molecules. According to the present invention, odor and germs are excellently removed, and seperate heat treatment is not required in regenerating a catalyst.
