Techniques are provided for facilitating the off-loading of mobile entities from the serving network entity. For example, location related to identifying candidate network entity in order to off-load the user equipment (UE), and that the load of the entity requesting the response to exceeding the load threshold-based method is provided, of the candidate network entity each of the sleep mode.
