Typical gasoline engine is reset so that the combustion of hydrogen as the primary fuel in a wide range of allowable air-fuel ratio while avoiding the prohibited air-fuel ratio, and operating as a dual fuel engine so as to adjust the combustion of gasoline as an auxiliary fuel. The engine is preferably a relatively highly operable to combust fuel at any allowable air-fuel ratio of which is less NOx generated in chyajing mode and the lean mode. When additional force or acceleration is requested, the processor controls the fuel injector to inject the remarks ever small amount of gasoline to the engine so that the fuel mixture to the fuel injector prevents an increase in NOx, the processor remains the catalytic converter into the environment and controls the engine to operate on a stoichiometric air-fuel ratio to that most effectively reduced the release of substance. Spraying a secondary liquid fuel in the gasoline of the main fuel of the hydrogen gas, and the temperature of the fuel is removed or decreases significantly reduce the symptoms of an engine backfire. The engine has a safety in that the fuel cut off when the leakage of hydrogen fuel is detected. The engine is operated as a back up fuel to the gasoline fuel.
