In the bulk acoustic wave (BAW) filter, based on the side acoustically coupled resonators on the piezoelectric thin film, the two different sound panpa mode, for example, the thickness expansion (vertical axis) (TE1) and the second harmonic thickness shear (TS2) mode having different characteristics it is possible to form the pass band response using. The present invention is based on the excitation of the at least two side faces standing wave resonator belonging to a different mode panpa that facilitates transmission of the signal. Passband is designed by adjusting the wave propagation characteristics of the device, the resonator is excited at the proper frequency, to form a pass-band of the desired shape. Thus, the bandwidth of the filters described herein may be less than two times the conventional micro-acoustic filter. As a result, it will have a significant commercial and technical value.
