PURPOSE: An acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile polymer is provided to have excellent impact strength while maintaining inherent physical properties of acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile such as weatherability when applied to a thermoplastic resin composition. CONSTITUTION: An acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile polymer includes a graft seed which consists of a soft seed polymerized of an alkyl acrylate monomer-containing monomer mixture and a hard seed including at least one of an aromatic vinyl compound, a vinylcyan compound, and an alkyl methacrylate; a core which is polymerized of an alkyl acrylate monomer-containing monomer mixture; and a shell which is polymerized of a monomer mixture including one or more compounds among an aromatic vinyl compound, a vinylcyan compound, and an alkyl methacrylate.
