The structure for the frame member. The frame member will generally comprise three flat shaping the first surface having an elongate slot extending along the axis on the inside. It said slot is defined in the first and second converging side wall having a distal end and placed in the corresponding plane which is at an acute angle to the surface. First radiating outside the contact wall is generally perpendicular to the first converging side wall and the second outer contact divergent wall is generally perpendicular to the second converging side wall. A first divergent inner wall is in contact with the vertical common for the two convergent side walls and a second divergent inner contact wall is perpendicular to the normal for the first converging side wall.
