PURPOSE: A high temperature and high pressure heat exchanging system and an operation controlling/monitoring method of a turbo gas circulation unit thereof are provided to bypass a part of a discharged gas based on the temperature of the flowing-in/discharged gas through a bypass line, thereby effectively reducing heat which is generated inside a turbo gas circulation unit. CONSTITUTION: A high temperature and high pressure heat exchanging system comprises a turbo gas circulation unit (150), a heating unit (170), a cooling unit (130), a bypass line (160), and a control unit. The heating unit heats a gas which is supplied from the turbo gas circulation unit by being provided on a flow line. The cooling unit cools the gas which is exchanged with heat by a heat exchanger by being provided on a flow line. The bypass line is branched off from the flow line which is connected to the exit of the turbo gas circulation unit, and connected to the cooling unit. The control unit controls the recirculation of a part of a discharged gas through the bypass line based on a difference between the temperature of a gas on an exit of the turbo gas circulation unit and the temperature of a gas on the entrance of the turbo gas circulation unit.
