PURPOSE: A battery cable for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent from oxidizing by coating solder or compound on the upper surface of a compressed conductor barrel and an insulator barrel and to improve an electrical connecting force by stably fixing a terminal and a cable without flowing. CONSTITUTION: A battery cable(100) for a vehicle comprises a cable(110) and a terminal(120). The terminal includes a coupling terminal, a conductor barrel, and an insulator barrel. The cross second of the conductor barrel is formed in a circular shape and is adhered to the circumference of a conductive unit by being pressed in the multidirectional direction when the conductive unit of the cable is settled in the inner surface. The insulator barrel is formed in a pair of panel shapes on the end of the conductor barrel. The insulator barrel is fixed by adhering to the circumference surface of an insulator unit when the insulator unit of the cable is settled in the inner surface.
