The light extraction film to be laminated on a glass substrate is disclosed for the organic light emitting diode (OLED) device. Light extraction film comprises a transparent film, the low refractive index of the nano-structured layer is applied to the film, and planarization nano backfill layer of a high refractive index is applied over the structured layer with a flexible substantially. Glass substrate is laminated on a flexible substantially transparent film on the surface of the opposite sex with nanostructured layers, include ultra-low refractive index region between the film and the glass substrate. Ultra-low-refractive-index area is used to reduce the optical loss caused in the glass substrate.
