PURPOSE: A food waste disposer is provided to be used in a public place such as a restaurant or an apartment complex, reduce the volume and weight of a food plant waste by performing a deodorization in a lid and a separation, a drying, a deodorization task in a main body with first and second processes, and environment-friendly process a food waste by a deodorization task by a vermiculite block. CONSTITUTION: A food waste disposer(1) includes a lid(2); a hopper(8); a pulverizing device(9); a food waste discharge pipe(11); a moisture discharge pipe(10); a food waste collection drawer(16); a vermiculite block(19); a moisture collection drawer(17); a suction fan(12); and a control unit(23). A lid is gathered up and down by being combined with the one side of an upper surface of a main body(3). A food waste discharge pipe is equipped in the flank surface of the one side of the pulverizing device, and discharges the pulverized food waste to the food waste collection drawer. The moisture discharge pipe is equipped in the flank surface of the other side of the pulverizing device, and discharges moisture discharged from the food waste to the moisture collection drawer. The food waste collection drawer is withdrawn from the front side of the main body, and dries the pulverized food waste by mounting a heater(15) inside. The vermiculite block removes smell by being accepted to the inside of a vermiculite receipt box(20) in which a discharge hole is formed in the front in the lower main body of the food waste collection drawer. The moisture collection drawer is equipped in the lower part of the vermiculite block, is withdrawn in the front surface of the main body, and dries collected moisture by mounting the heater inside. The suction fan is equipped inside of the main body, one side of a smell suction pipe is located inside of the moisture collection drawer. The suction fan inhales smell and discharges the inhaled smell to the vermiculite block.
