PURPOSE: A self-tooth bone graft material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to avoid an immune system problem and to prevent viral disease infection in advance. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a self-tooth bone graft material includes the following steps: a step of pulverizing a tooth to a powder form(S100); a step of removing unnecessary substances and foreign substances from the tooth component powder(S200); a step of bleaching the tooth component powder and heat-treating the same at high temperature(S300); a step of killing bacteria and viruses contained in the tooth component powder(S400); a step of removing moisture in the tooth component powder(S500); and a step of freeze-drying the tooth component powder(S600).
