The present invention relates to an internal nozzle 12 that is attached to the holding vessel and tube exchanger (10) for the replacement of the casting of the molten metal discharged from the (vessel), an exchangeable inlet nozzle. The pipe replacement device comprises a frame provided with a casting opening and is configured to be suitable for fixing the lower side of the metal casting vessel. The frame is configured in a mid-section plane of the inner nozzle 12 and an exchangeable inlet nozzle defining a plane that make a sliding contact with the first upper and a second lower part are connected to each other. An upper portion of the frame is abutted to the frame top support portion to accommodate the bearing surface of the inner nozzle (12) by clamping in place in the injection position, to the through bore in the nozzle 12 to the casting opening in fluid communication with to a means (50a, 50b, 50c). A lower portion of the frame is loaded with exchangeable inlet nozzle and a means for moving the casting to a position in a first direction (X). At least two of the clamping means (50a, 50b, 50c) is characterized in that it is arranged transversely with respect to the first direction (X).
