PURPOSE: A bio signal measuring device and a method thereof are provided to accurately measure a bio-signal of examinee. CONSTITUTION: A bio signal measuring device(100) comprises a first interfacing unit(110), a second interfacing unit(120), and a bio signal extracting unit(130). The first interfacing unit includes two or more interfaces and detects a bio signal in which noise is added from examinee. The second interfacing unit includes a connector which connects the two or more interfaces to two or more noise detecting interfaces. The bio signal extracting unit extracts the bio signal of the examinee by using signals outputted from the first and the second interfacing unit.
