摘要：
PURPOSE: A patterning device on a substrate with a three dimensional surface is provided to easily and simply conduct a patterning process, to simplify the structure thereof, thereby providing a photolithography device which is easy to use. CONSTITUTION: A patterning method on a substrate with a three dimensional surface comprises: a step of applying hydrophobic property to the surface of the substrate; a step of coating the surface with a photoresist; a step of attaching a patterned mask to the surface; a step of exposing the substrate while rotating on a virtual axis which penetrates through the substrate in a longitudinal direction; and a step of removing and etching unexposed parts of the photoresist.

目的：提供具有三维表面的基板上的图案形成装置，以容易且简单地进行图案化处理，以简化其结构，从而提供易于使用的光刻装置。 构成：在具有三维表面的基板上的图案化方法包括：将疏水性施加到基板表面的步骤; 用光致抗蚀剂涂覆表面的步骤; 将图案化掩模附着到表面的步骤; 在沿纵向穿过基板的假想轴上旋转的同时使基板曝光的步骤; 以及去除和蚀刻光致抗蚀剂的未曝光部分的步骤。
