PURPOSE: A rotor assembly for a motor and a motor are provided to improve an adhesive force by bonding a disc and a disc mount unit by an optical contact bonding technique. CONSTITUTION: A hub(110) includes a magnet. A magnet(120) generates a rotational driving force by electromagnetic interaction with a coil. A disc mount unit(116) is formed in the hub and mounts a disc. A contact target unit contacts with a disc(D). The plane view of the contact target unit is formed in the range from 0 nm to 20 nm.
