PURPOSE: A microscope assembly including an anti-vibration structure is provided to enable a user to easily control a microscope according to the eccentricity of a frame weight. CONSTITUTION: A microscope assembly includes a microscope module and an anti-vibration module(170). The microscope module enables a user to observe a sample. The anti-vibration module prevents vibration generated from the outside to the microscope module and supports the microscope module. The anti-vibration module includes a supporting frame(180) and a magnetic force generation supporter(190). The supporting frame forms a plurality of coupling holes in which are separated along the circumference of the microscope module. A plurality of the magnetic force generation supporters isolates the supporting frame by using a magnetic force by considering the eccentricity of a frame weight.
