PURPOSE: A vibration damping type aluminum extruded product is provided to reduce the weight and to have a high damping effect. CONSTITUTION: A vibration damping type aluminum extruded product comprises a pair of face plates(4) and multiple ribs(6). The pair of face plates faces each other. The multiple ribs connect the pair of face plates. Damping materials are arranged at least at the center of the ribs on the interior of a hollow part formed by the face plates and the ribs.
