PURPOSE: An optical characteristic improvement method through an application of waste paper and a synthesis of precipitated calcium carbonate using rough limestone is provided to increase the whiteness of recycled paper and lower the concentration of the extant ink by performing synthesis of in-situ and waste paper pulp by plasticizing rough limestone. CONSTITUTION: An optical characteristic improvement method through an application of waste paper and a synthesis of precipitated calcium carbonate using rough limestone comprises: a rough limestone plasticizing step(1), a recycled paper preparing step(2), a CO2 spraying step(3), a carbonation reaction step(4), a slurry recovering step(5), and a recycled paper manufacturing step(6). The rough limestone is plasticized at 100 deg C. After the rough limestone is plasticized, CaO component is produced. Through the carbonation reaction of the CaO component, PCC is synthesized on the waste paper pulp by in-situ method. The recycled paper manufactured through the optical characteristic improvement method has the extant ink concentration of 30ppm and 85% or more of whiteness. 目的:提供通过使用废纸和使用粗石灰石合成沉淀碳酸钙的光学特性改进方法,以通过原位和废纸的合成来提高再生纸的白度并降低现存油墨的浓度 纸浆通过塑化粗石灰石。 构成:通过使用废纸和使用粗石灰石合成沉淀碳酸钙的光学特性改进方法包括:粗石灰石塑化步骤(1),再生纸制备步骤(2),CO 2喷涂步骤(3) ,碳酸化反应步骤(4),浆料回收步骤(5)和再生纸制造步骤(6)。 粗石灰石在100℃下增塑。粗石灰石增塑后,生成CaO成分。 通过CaO组分的碳酸化反应,通过原位法在废纸浆上合成PCC。 通过光学特性改进方法制造的再生纸具有30ppm的现有墨浓度和白度的85%以上。 (附图标记)(1)增塑粗石灰石; (2)制备再生纸浆(ONP,OMG); (3)喷洒二氧化碳; (4)碳化; (5)收集浆料; (6)生产再生纸; (7)分析
