摘要：
PURPOSE: A clear coat composition of one component type for dual curing for a high solid type vehicle is provided to improve dual curing workability exterior appearance, and mechanical property, and to minimize the generation of a volatile organic solvent. CONSTITUTION: A clear coat composition of one component type for dual curing for a high solid type vehicle comprises 40.0-60.0 weight% of modified acrylic oligomer resin, 2.3-3.5 weight% of photoinitiator, 1.5-2.5 weight% of leveling agent, 1.0-1.5 weight% of UV absorber, 0.3-0.6 weight% of UV stabilizer, 0.5-2.0 weight% of catalyst, 15-25 weight% of low-temperature curable melamine resin, and 1.5 weight% of solvent. The dual curing system comprises: a step of UV irradiation of an object coated with the clear coat composition of one component type for dual curing; and a step of heat-curing for 10-15 minutes at 150 deg. C.
