摘要:
PURPOSE: A touch screen panel active matrix organic light emitting diode display device is provided to reduce the thickness of a display device by using a COF(Chip On Film) film and a buffer member. CONSTITUTION: A flexible active type organic light-emitting diode(210) is arranged in the lower part of a window. A COF film(250) is connected to the flexible active type organic light-emitting diode. A buffer member(216) is combined in the rear side of the flexible active type organic light-emitting diode. The buffer member protects a driver IC from an external shock.
