摘要：
PURPOSE: A stable graphene film and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to improve adhesive strength of graphene and a substrate by forming protective films on the upper part and the lower part of the graphene film. CONSTITUTION: An insulating or conductive protective film(150) is formed on a graphene film. The protective film includes insulating or conductive polymers, or insulating or conductive inorganic materials. An intermediate layer(140), which contains conductive polymers or conductive inorganic materials, is further arranged between the protective film and the graphene film. A graphene layer(130) is further arranged between the protective film and the intermediate layer.
