PURPOSE: A P2P(Peer-to-Peer) connection method between terminals and an apparatus thereof are provided to reconfigure a group of terminals which perform communication through P2P connection in a wireless communication network. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(900) determines a terminal within a group connected through a P2P. A communication module(910) transmits member terminal information within a group. The control unit receives intent values from terminals through the communication module. The control unit compares the received intention values of the terminals within the group. The control unit determines one terminal as an owner terminal based on a comparison result.
