PURPOSE: An SMC water tank including an aluminum heat insulation cover is provided to reduce the production unit costs and the maintenance and repair costs of the tank. CONSTITUTION: A SMC water tank includes plural SMC unit panels(10) and plural aluminum unit panels(30). An empty space is installed in between the SMC unit panels and the aluminum unit panels, and the empty space is filled with a filler. The size of the aluminum unit panels is smaller than the SMC unit panels. The SMC unit panels are combined to each other to a flange on the outside of the water tank using bolts(31) and nuts(32).
