PURPOSE: A food waste plastic bag disintegrating device is provided to prevent hands or clothes from being dirtied by water splashed out, wherein the plastic bags already with food waste in a food garbage collecting container are crushed and disintegrated safely. CONSTITUTION: A food waste plastic bag disintegrating device(4) in a food garbage collecting container(1) includes a gimlet(5) and an inclined guide part. A lid(2) is installed on the food garbage collecting container. The gimlet has a sharp end point to break the plastic bags with food waste. The inclined guide part is formed to slop downward to the inner side of the plastic bag disintegrator. The lower end of the inclined guide part has the gimlets bended up or faced to the lower part without bending.
