摘要：
PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a warp knit velvet comprising a shearing process is provided to improve surface luster of the warp knit velvet and to prevent wrinkling on the surface. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a warp knit velvet comprising a warping process, a knitting process, and a shearing process. The knitting process is performed using ultrafine hollow yarn as a grey yarn. The shearing process comprises a first shearing step using a first shearing cutter(110), a second shearing step using a second shearing cutter(120), and a third shearing step using a third shearing cutter(130). The method further comprises an aging process at 22+/-2 Deg. C. to remove residual stress.
