The pyroelectric infrared sensing element is provided with a first electrode and a second electrode for the pyroelectric element having a infrared absorption which are opposed to each other. On the first side in the thickness direction of the entire second substrate wherein the first electrode is, wherein the second electrode is a second side of the thickness direction of the entire second substrate, it is formed respectively. The first wiring portion is formed in the first surface offset the charge generated in the connection wiring by the conductive layer of the connection wiring for connecting the first output terminal to the first electrode, the temperature change of the second complete substrate and a wiring for the offset. The offset wiring, and electrically insulated from the second electrode, and a conductive layer formed on the second side to be electrically connected to the connection wiring.
