PURPOSE: A method for detecting the trespass of wild animals by radar and a system thereof are provided to prevent a road-kill problem based on location information of an object collected by a radar device on a road. CONSTITUTION: A system determines the existence of an object in an external area of a road or in an inner area of the road by using location information obtained by a radar device. If there is the object in the inner area of the road, the system determines the movement of the object by using Doppler data included in the radar information(S145,150). If there is the movement of the object, the system transmits a wild animal trespass warning to an external terminal(S155).
