摘要：
본 발명은 리간드 결합능력을 가진 헤테로-다량체 유비퀴틴 단백질을 확인하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 헤테로-다량체 유비퀴틴 단백질들의 집단을 인코딩하는 DNA 라이브러리, 상기 DNA 라이브러리의 발현에 의해 얻어진 단백질 라이브러리, 상기 DNA 또는 단백질을 포함하는 파아지 및 세포, 상기 융합 단백질을 인코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오티드, 그리고 상기 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 벡터를 제공한다. 추가로, 선택된 리간드에 대해 높은 친화도를 갖고 특이적으로 결합할 수 있는 헤테로-다량체 유비퀴틴에 기초한 신규한 결합 단백질이 제공된다.
摘要（英）：
The invention has the hetero ligand binding capacity relates to how to determine the ubiquitin protein multimers. In addition, the present invention the hetero-polynucleotide encoding the phage and cells, the fusion protein comprising a protein library, wherein said DNA or a protein obtained by expression of the DNA library, the DNA library encoding a population of multimers ubiquitin protein , and it provides a vector comprising said polynucleotide. In addition, the members which have a high affinity for a selected ligand can bind specifically-binding protein is provided novel oligomer based on the ubiquitin.
