Electronic devices may use a touch pad having a touch sensor for providing an actuator arrangement, the force sensor, and a tactile feedback. The touch pad may be mounted on the computer housing. Touch pad may have a rectangular planar member having a touch pad is a glass layer to cover the ink containing a capacitive touch sensor array. The force sensor may be mounted under each of the four corners of the rectangular planar member touchpad. Force sensors can be used to measure the amount of force exerted on the surface of the planar member by a user touchpad. The processing power sensor signals may indicate the presence of the activities, such as button press and release events. In response to other activity within the detected button or device activity, it may be a driving signal for controlling the actuator generates the actuator. The user can provide the settings for adjusting the signal processing parameter and tactile feedback.
