摘要：
PURPOSE: High-frequency heat treatment equipment is provided to obtain an uniform hardening depth by straightly transferring materials inside a cooling chamber. CONSTITUTION: High-frequency heat treatment equipment comprises a feeder(10), a transferring unit(20), a high-frequency heating unit(30), and a cooling unit(40). The feeder continuously feeds materials. The materials supplied from the feeder are settled on a conveyor of the transferring unit. The high-frequency heating unit heats the materials. The cooling unit comprises a cooling chamber, injection nozzles, transferring rolls, and a cooling unit conveyor. A plurality of the injection nozzles is installed in an upper part of the cooling chamber, and jets coolants to the heated materials. A pair of the transferring rolls is coupled to a driving unit, and rotates the heated materials in one direction.
